According to relevant data provided by the provincial statistical department, it is estimated that the average wage of employed personnel in urban units across the province for the year 2023 is 88,313 yuan. According to national and provincial regulations, the upper limit for the monthly contribution base for basic pension insurance, basic medical insurance, work injury insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees in our province for the year 2024 is 22,078 yuan, and the lower limit is 4,416 yuan.
When calculating relevant work injury insurance benefits based on the average monthly wage of employees in the previous year in the coordinated area, the average wage of employed personnel in urban units across the province from the previous year will be used as the base.
