In order to further strengthen the management of the company's production safety and other aspects, prevent the occurrence of various safety accidents, and strictly implement the "Production Safety Management System", each company and department, in combination with the detailed rules for the implementation of production safety management, prescribe the right medicine for the problems and hidden dangers in the work, continuously improve the working methods, improve the safety management measures, and prevent problems before they occur, hereby hold this production safety meeting according to the annual work plan and arrangement.
At the meeting, all companies and departments summarized and reported the safety work of the previous year and worked out the safety work plan for 2021. The general manager put forward requirements for the safety production management work in 2021:
1. Strengthen leadership, improve systems, clarify functions, implement responsibilities, and ensure the orderly development of safe production;

Chairman's instructions on work safety
The safety production work in 2020 is generally good, and there are no major safety liability accidents. There are no major problems in design, construction, installation, supervision, vehicles, data management, etc. However, it does not mean that we have done a good job. To keep the alarm bell ringing, the following three issues are emphasized:
1. Everyone should firmly establish the idea that safety work is no small matter. When a safety production meeting is held in the future, the safety committee should list the outline of the report and what aspects to report. It should comprehensively report from the aspects of ideological understanding and attention, actions and system implementation. Grasping safety work must not be a mere formality, must not be careless, must not go through the scene, must not just grasp but not do it, the thunder is heavy and the rain is small, and there must be no fluke mentality. The safety meeting shall be held once a quarter after the meeting. The contents of the meeting shall be recorded, sorted out, and the minutes of the meeting shall be distributed to each company (department) and photographed for file.
2, the company's security risk factors.
（1) The company's business scope is constantly expanding, the business volume is increasing, various security factors follow one after another, at the same time, the security risk is also increasing.
（2) With the upgrading of design qualification and construction qualification, the promotion of these qualifications has played a role in the development of the company, but the risks have also increased.
（3) With the increase of headquarters vehicles and the increase of travel frequency, safety factors are also increasing. Therefore, the management of drivers in the office and the study of traffic laws should also be increased.
（4) With the expansion of the business area, the business expands to outside the province and abroad, and the frequency of flying on business trips is increasing, so the risk of air transportation is also increasing.
（5) With the improvement of qualification and the increase of business volume, the value of information is getting higher and higher, and the risk of confidentiality is getting greater and greater. There are also great risks in data management now. The use of satellite maps must strictly abide by the "National Security Law", and the archives must be well managed, strictly follow and implement the safety management system, and ensure the safety of all data.
（6) Food safety. In the future, the restaurant must purchase, process, and deliver meals in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety Law. When working, you must wear work clothes, masks, and work hats to divide meals, and resolutely prevent food safety accidents. Once food safety problems occur, The impact is great and the consequences are serious.
（7) The office cannot charge indiscriminately, use water heaters to boil water, install small fans without permission, resolutely ban the phenomenon of unauthorized connection, and conduct regular or irregular safety inspections on single dormitories.
（8) Drivers should not drive irritated cars, drive fatigue, and absolutely prohibit drunk driving. The vehicles should be inspected, maintained, and maintained frequently, so that the vehicles are always in good working condition.
3. Safety priorities in 2021
（1) It has attracted great attention from the ideological point of view. The company has many safety risks, such as project site, design, installation, etc. The top leaders of each company must personally grasp safety, and the top leaders will report on safety work in the future.
（2) Implement safety work from action
① Business Department: How does the design company require everyone to do a good job in safety design and how does the supervision company require the project department to do a good job in project safety management and quality management. Engineering companies have the most potential safety hazards, and they must often meet with safety administrators, and network meetings will report safety every day. The deputy general manager in charge must not only grasp the progress but also the safety. The alarm bells are ringing. Older personnel can no longer work on the construction site, let alone climb higher.
Logistics department: the office pays attention to the daily safety work. First of all, vehicle safety, food and beverage safety as the focus, followed by the office, dormitory safety.
③ Confidential work: the data in the reference room should be well managed, the value of the data is getting higher and higher, and all kinds of seals such as official seals and contract seals should be well managed. The project manager's signature and seal should be well managed, otherwise it is easy to cause disputes. Every time you sign, you must report, and strictly implement the "Regulations on the Use of Seals". You can use WeChat groups, etc. This kind of management risk must not occur.
