On June 18, 2021, we visited the Tangshuiya Reservoir Dam and the Tangshuiya Reservoir Memorial Hall. The reservoir dam is an oblique horizontal masonry ten-arch dam, which is called "the world's first stone masonry arch dam" by water conservancy experts at home and abroad ". The project started in February 1973 and was completed in October 1979. It took 6 years and 8 months and the project investment was more than 160 million yuan. In the harsh environment of extreme shortage of manpower, material and financial resources at that time, the builders built the Tangshuiya Reservoir Dam with their collective wisdom and hard work.to"One heart and one mind, hard work, self-improvement, pioneering and innovative" as the main content of the spirit of the reservoir.
On June 19, 2021, we visited and learned the former site of the Yidu County Party Committee and County Government in Hulingu, Wangfen Town, Qingzhou City. The reason why Hulingu, a relatively remote mountain village, has become a red resort for tourists inside and outside the province to admire and remember the martyrs. All this is because 70 years ago, the Yidu County Party Committee and the county government of the Communist Party of China once worked here to establish anti-Japanese base areas, develop anti-Japanese armed forces, develop anti-Japanese, he made great contributions to the anti-Japanese struggle, and wrote magnificent and brilliant hymns for the consolidation and development of the revolutionary base areas in the southwest mountainous areas.
Through two days of red education and study, we know that our ancestors worked hard for their ideals and beliefs in the difficult years and were not afraid of sacrifice. The victory of the revolution was bought by the martyrs with their lives and blood, and we should cherish the hard-won happy life.
