In September, affected by the superposition of many factors, the power supply and demand situation is facing new tests and challenges, which puts forward new and higher requirements for the company to do a good job in power supply guarantee.
Xin Baoan emphasized that the company must keep its original mission in mind, with a highly responsible attitude to the party and the people, further enhance its sense of mission and responsibility, and regard power supply protection as the most important and urgent political task at present. Resolutely hold the safe lifeline of the large power grid and the bottom line of people's livelihood, and go all out to ensure power supply.
First, we must resolutely shoulder the responsibility of power supply. To fully activate the emergency mechanism for ensuring power supply, relevant departments must carefully organize and coordinate, propose targeted response measures, and strengthen work guidance and coordination. The main persons in charge of units at all levels must rely on the front command, implement and implement various guarantee measures with higher standards and greater efforts, and earnestly fulfill their responsibilities and responsibilities.
Second, we must firmly hold the safety lifeline of the large power grid. Strengthen unified dispatching, strict dispatching discipline, and strengthen the management of generating units connected to the grid. Closely track the supply of electricity and coal, gas and incoming water and wind, do a good job in load forecasting, and scientifically arrange the operation mode of the power grid. Strengthen the operation monitoring of important transmission channels and power supply lines for key users, and continue to consolidate the "three lines of defense".
Third, we must increase the power grid cross-regional and cross-provincial resource allocation. Do a good job in the start-up and commissioning of new units and the resumption of grid-connected services for temporary inspection units, timely grasp the power generation capacity of various power supplies, and ensure that all kinds of power supplies "can be combined and used up". Adhere to a game of chess for the whole network, give full play to the advantages of the large power grid, strengthen the optimal allocation of large-scale resources, and increase the intensity of surplus and shortage adjustment.
Fourth, we must do our best to keep the bottom line of people's livelihood and electricity consumption. Effectively protect the people's livelihood, public services and important users of electricity. Adhere to the "demand response priority, orderly power consumption guarantee", actively cooperate with the government to improve the orderly power consumption plan and promote the implementation, guide users to reasonable peak avoidance, strict control of high energy consumption and high pollution industry electricity. Strengthen emergency duty and information reporting, and comprehensively improve emergency response capabilities.
Fifth, we must actively create a good environment for power supply and consumption. Strengthen reporting and communication to government departments and promote relevant parties to ensure the needs of thermal coal. Do a good job in ensuring high-quality services, respond to customer demands in a timely manner, innovate service methods, enrich service content, and improve power efficiency. Actively guide all sectors of society to take the initiative to save energy and reduce consumption, and respond to social concerns.
Sixth, we must make every effort to do a good job in preparing for the National Day to protect electricity and meet the peak winter. Strictly implement various power protection measures, and do a good job in power protection work to ensure that the people spend a happy and peaceful National Day. Carefully organize the pre-test of the autumn inspection, speed up the construction of key projects, and make solid preparations for the peak winter.
