Relocation Project of Section #7-#11 of 500KV Yuanlian II Line
It is the first EHV grade line EPC project completed by our company. The project scale is 500kV Yuanlian II Line #7-11 section line relocation, including the whole design, equipment and materials procurement, construction, trial operation and completion acceptance. The whole construction coincided with the tense time of the epidemic. Through the hard work of the whole company to the project department, the power will be sent and put into production by the end of April 2022.
The main contents of the project are to dismantle the 3x 29MW hot water boiler and 3x 58MW hot water boiler in the original factory area, retain the original 2x75th steam boiler, build a new 2x 98MW hot water boiler, build a 4200m ² closed coal storage yard in the old building, build a 4000m ² dry coal shed, build a 800m2 closed slag yard, build two 1000m ³ closed ash warehouses, and other necessary production ancillary facilities; at the same time, the environmental protection equipment upgrading project of 2 75th steam boilers was completed, and flue gas desulfurization, denitration and dust removal devices were added.
Hehui Dashiqiao 200MW Wind Power Project EPC General Contracting Project
Through the continuous expansion of business work, we have completed the undertaking performance of our company's large-scale wind power general contracting project. The total cost of the overall project is 1.354 billion yuan. The main project is 40 5MW wind power units, and the collector line is connected to the new 220kV booster station in the plant. At present, the civil engineering of the booster station has been basically completed, the main transformer has been hoisted in place, the 13# bearing platform has been completed, and the 33# foundation pit has been excavated. The overall project is planned to be put into operation in June 2024.
Jinan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Northern Suburb Lan Carbon Hot Water Boiler Ultra-low Emission Project
The project includes turnkey projects for limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization, wet electrostatic precipitator, SNCR denitration system, bag filter, wastewater treatment system and other supporting public systems, including design, civil engineering, procurement, construction and acceptance. The total contract cost is about 50 million yuan, ensuring that the two blue carbon hot water boilers can achieve ultra-low emission within 30~100 load.
Laizhou Tushan Phase I 600MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project 300MW Sending Project
The project belongs to the supporting transmission line of new energy construction, with a route of 26 kilometers and a voltage level of 220kV. The project includes the compensation for land acquisition in the three villages and towns of Hutouya, Shahe and Tushan, especially the economic compensation related to the saltworks. Apart from the project itself, there are many difficulties. Through the active coordination and active docking between the company and the project department, the coordination has been basically completed, and the normal construction has been organized, it has been recognized by the owner and accumulated valuable engineering experience.
It is the representative performance of many industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic general contracting projects completed by our company. It has been fully connected to the grid in September. Now it is in the process of acceptance and rectification. The overall project has short duration, standardized management and high construction completion, which has won unanimous praise from the owner unit, Party A and the supervisor.
Shaanxi Weihe Power Generation Co., Ltd. #3 Unit, #4 Unit Flexibility Reconstruction Project
Shandong Huaneng is responsible for the design and construction of the full-time flexibility renovation project for units above 300MW, the full-load denitration project renovation project for four 1024th boilers, the supply of all equipment and materials, related design, construction, installation, commissioning, performance test, trial operation, personnel training, technical guidance, and final delivery.
Zaozhuang tax Guo water floating 5.3911MW distributed photovoltaic project
This project is the first water floating distributed photovoltaic general contracting project undertaken by our company. The project uses three waste ponds in the original mining area and adopts floating photovoltaic. In response to the spirit of rural revitalization, it has undertaken the turnkey project from geological exploration to design, procurement and construction. Now the main body of the project has been basically completed and the acceptance is planned to be completed in the near future.
