On June 19, after concluding his inspection in Qinghai, Xi Jinping arrived in Ningxia. In the afternoon of that day, he visited Yinchuan City accompanied by Liang Yanshun, Secretary of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee, and Zhang Yuping, Chairman of the Autonomous Region Government.
The Changcheng Garden Community in Yinchuan's Jinfeng District is a large community with multiple ethnic groups. Xi Jinping first visited the community party service center, entering the convenience service hall, community health station, and love supermarket. He listened to an introduction about community work and learned in detail about how the community plays its role through grassroots party organizations by conducting neighborly activities and providing convenient services for residents.
