National Energy Administration Deploys "Year of Electric Power Safety Culture Construction"
On March 28, the National Energy Administration deployed the "Electric Power Safety Culture Construction Year", which was attended by Liu Baohua, a member of the party group and deputy director of the bureau.
Liu Baohua stressed that all electric power enterprises should cultivate a safety culture in accordance with the concept that safety is technology, safety is management, safety is culture, and safety is responsibility. Further strengthen safety awareness, build a strong safety line of defense, improve the safety level, create a safety atmosphere, and help power safety management to achieve tangible results.
The construction year of electric power safety culture will be combined with the actual reform and development in the field of electric power safety production, focusing on nine aspects of key content. The first is to compile the Outline for the Construction of Electric Power Safety Culture; the second is to create a demonstration enterprise for the construction of electric power safety culture; the third is to hold a forum on electric power safety culture; the fourth is to build a training system for electric power safety; the fifth is to develop big data on electric power safety cultural information; the sixth is to build an electric power safety cultural industry base; the seventh is to hold a propaganda activity of "Safety Culture Building Dream Power; nine is to promote the electric power safety culture new media product display exchange.
The relevant departments of the National Energy Administration, the dispatched energy regulatory agencies and directly affiliated units, CLP Media, and relevant persons in charge of the member units of the National Electric Power Safety Committee participated in the above deployment activities.
