Coordinate the introduction of preferential industrial policies for poverty alleviation, study the compensation mechanism for universal power services in special areas, adjust and improve resource development income distribution policies and hydropower benefit sharing mechanisms, so that poor areas and people will benefit more.

Thoroughly solving the problem of electricity consumption for the population without electricity is a concrete manifestation of the sharing of the fruits of energy development by all people. The National Energy Administration has comprehensively deployed a new round of rural power grid transformation and upgrading, established a project reserve, revised project management methods and technical principles, and improved the supervision system for rural power grid transformation and upgrading projects.
