Notice on Publicity and Distribution of "Safety Guidance Manual for Construction Personnel of Engineering Projects"
In order to conscientiously implement the important instructions of the leading comrades of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on safe production, further strengthen the safety guidance of project construction workers, and improve the safety awareness and self-protection ability of construction workers, our company organized relevant enterprises to compile the "Engineering Project Construction Personnel Safety Guidance Manual". The manual covers the basic knowledge of construction site safety, precautions for construction operations, and common safety signs. It is illustrated with pictures and texts, focused, easy to understand, and close to reality. It is suitable for safety education and training for front-line workers on the construction site, especially migrant workers.
The manual has been uploaded to the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (website: www.mohurd.gov.cn) for free distribution and use by local housing and urban-rural construction authorities and construction companies. All regions should take the "safe production month" activity as an opportunity to conscientiously do a good job in the publicity and distribution of the manual, and urge construction enterprises to strengthen the safety education and training of construction workers, especially migrant workers, effectively improve the basic safety production awareness and safety protection skills of construction workers, popularize basic safety knowledge, and consolidate the foundation of safety production, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of construction production safety accidents, and promote the continuous and stable improvement of the national construction safety production situation.
