The project adopts various advanced technologies such as "two machines and one tower", "three towers in one" (chimney, desulfurization absorption tower and indirect cooling tower in one) and "side coal bunker layout", with high energy-saving efficiency. Fifth, green and environmental protection. The project adopts high-efficiency and water-saving air cooling system. Industrial water is taken from urban reclaim water. Flue gas treatment adopts high-efficient dust remover and desulfurization and simultaneous installation, ash and desulfurization gypsum can be fully utilized.

After the completion of Shengle thermal power project, the heating capacity can reach 12 million square meters, which can meet the heating demand of "three districts and one city" such as Shengle modern service industry cluster area (Shengle modern service industry cluster area, Helinger Economic Development Zone, Ruyi Development Zone (South District) and Helinger county town). At the same time, the use of absorption refrigeration units to use the waste heat of power plants to cool the cloud computing center can achieve energy cascade utilization, greatly improve energy efficiency, and have a positive role in promoting local economic transformation.
