This electricity is enough when his family uses the most electricity in summer, and the rest can be sold to the power grid, which is a new income.

This summer, the continued high temperature led to a surge in the province's electricity load. In order to ensure the smooth summer of the power grid, while ensuring that all kinds of units should be fully opened and stabilizing the "basic power supply", our province has made every effort to do a good job in the consumption of clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation. The reporter learned from the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company that in the first seven months of this year, Shandong Power Grid was connected to the grid to generate 51.986 billion kWh of new energy, an increase of 20.42 percent over the same period last year, accounting for 15.09 percent of the electricity consumption of Shandong Power Grid.

"Point A37 steel pipe pile installed!" On August 9, in the central Bohai Sea, 20 kilometers away from the Dongying coastline, the Shandong Energy Bohai Sea Wind Power Project carried out pile sinking construction. At present, 41 steel pipe piles have been successfully installed at site A of the project, and the overall construction has entered the stage of full-speed advancement.

The Bohai China Sea Wind Power Project is the first offshore wind power parity project in Shandong Province. The total installed capacity of Site A is 501000 kilowatts, and 60 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 8.35 megawatts are installed, which can provide 1.698 billion kilowatt hours of clean electricity per year. "At present, the project is progressing smoothly, and it will speed up again on the basis of full-capacity grid-connected power generation before the end of the year, and strive to achieve the first batch of secondary wind turbines connected to the grid by October 20." Chen Hu, head of the engineering team of Shandong Energy Bohai Zhonghai Wind Power Project Department, said.

"Shandong will focus on key areas such as wind energy, solar energy, energy storage, and hydrogen energy, implement industrial upgrading projects, and gradually form a new energy industry cluster with strong core competitiveness, complete industrial chain, and outstanding characteristics." In July, Huadian Laicheng 101 MW/206 MW energy storage power station demonstration project was launched, which is the first new energy storage demonstration project launched in Shandong this year. According to the staff, the project will be completed and put into operation this year, with a one-time charging capacity of 206000 kwh, which can meet the monthly electricity demand of more than 1000 households, consume about 0.1 billion kwh of new energy annually, and reduce coal consumption by about 30000 tons.

New energy storage is an important means to promote renewable energy consumption, but the industry is still in the early stages of development, the relevant standards and norms are not perfect, at this time the confidence to build such projects? "On the one hand, Shandong new energy installed a high proportion of energy storage demand, we are optimistic about the future development prospects. On the other hand, Shandong has given the energy storage industry corresponding policy support." Jing Rui, manager of Huadian Laicheng Power Plant Integrated Energy Service Company, said. It is understood that Shandong has issued the first implementation opinions on the demonstration application of energy storage in the country, and has introduced policy red envelopes such as giving priority to energy storage, flat in and flat out, giving priority to power generation plan rewards, and getting more for more work, so as to promote the high-quality and large-scale development of new energy storage.

"For new centralized wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects, Shandong requires the construction or lease of energy storage facilities in accordance with a certain proportion. This policy will bring us considerable rental income." Jing Rui said that the lease fee is one of the sources of income for energy storage projects. Since the beginning of this year, Shandong has also promoted a number of energy storage demonstration projects to participate in power in stock trading, opening up new profit space for energy storage: after energy storage power stations participate in power in stock trading, they will buy electricity at low electricity prices and store backup at suitable electricity prices; During the peak period of electricity price, participate in the peak cutting and valley filling of the power grid and selling electricity at high prices.

The accelerated development of the new energy industry is inseparable from the strong support of policies. This year, Shandong has focused on the field of renewable energy and launched a number of supporting policies with sufficient gold content: subsidies will be given to the "14th Five-Year Plan" offshore wind power projects to be connected to the grid in 2022-2024 according to the standards of 800 yuan, 500 yuan and 300 yuan per kilowatt respectively; For the "14th Five-Year Plan" floating offshore photovoltaic project to be completed and connected to the grid in 2022-2025, subsidies will be given according to the standards of 1000 yuan, 800 yuan, 600 yuan and 400 yuan per kilowatt respectively. The pilot project of exploring hydrogen production from renewable energy and hydrogen production and hydrogenation integrated station will not be developed in the chemical park and will not be restricted by a fixed investment of not less than 0.3 billion yuan, thus accelerating the in-depth promotion of the hydrogen energy industry......

"These policies will effectively stabilize market expectations and enhance confidence in development." The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Energy Bureau said that a series of supporting policies will effectively guide the construction of major new infrastructure projects such as offshore wind power, offshore photovoltaics, and hydrogen energy, and promote the coordinated development of new energy-related industries.

While vigorously developing renewable energy, Shandong has strengthened the role of coal as a guarantee, and under the premise of ensuring safety, it has made every effort to increase production and supply; at the same time, it has increased the development of coal resources outside the province, and guided key coal-using enterprises in the province to sign long-term contracts with coal mines developed outside the province, and the annual coal transfer capacity has been maintained at about 0.27 billion tons.
