The National Energy Administration released 24 key points of market supervision work in 2015, including six parts, including: strengthening synchronous supervision after streamlining administration and delegating powers, promoting the effective implementation of energy strategies, plans and policies; strengthening supervision in important areas and key links, maintaining fair and just market order and the legitimate rights and interests of the people; promoting the construction of energy markets such as electricity, improving trading mechanisms, and promoting price reform. Highlight key special supervision and problem supervision, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of supervision; increase energy administrative law enforcement and inspection work to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of market entities; strengthen supervision capacity building, and continuously improve supervision efficiency.
In terms of promoting the construction of power and other energy markets, improving the trading mechanism, and promoting price reform, it is required to actively promote the construction of the power market; vigorously promote the direct transaction between power users and power generation companies; promote the establishment of a power market-oriented trading mechanism; actively promote energy price reform; research Good business supervision work related to the Shanghai Oil and Gas Trading Center, etc. At the same time, it will also strengthen the supervision of the power plant network interface, explore the national level plant network joint meeting and market transaction information release work. Energy Internet plan launched to open the 5 trillion market
It was learned from the Energy Internet Work Conference held by the National Energy Administration on the 17th that the National Energy Internet Action Plan will be formulated soon, and strive to be completed in about three months. It is reported that large power generation groups, power grid companies, private Internet companies and R & D institutions, new energy vehicle companies and universities will participate in the alliance.
