Abstract

The China Energy Society organized the "Fourth Cogeneration Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction New Technology Seminar" in Qingdao on April 23, 2015 ". The chairman of our institute was invited to attend the meeting. In order to give full play to the advantages of cogeneration in the new journey of coal power upgrading, comprehensively improve the energy saving and emission reduction level of the thermal power industry, and improve the economic benefits of thermal power enterprises, the chairman of our institute focused on recent years. The research and application experience and the existing typical problems were summarized, and made a speech at the meeting, and conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives of various enterprises at the meeting. The contents of the meeting are as follows: 1. National policies and regulations on the development of cogeneration, energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection; 2. Energy saving measures and heating energy efficiency management of cogeneration and central heating system; 3. Experience in heat network operation and management, Experience exchange and technical discussion on how to improve the management level of heat network, improve heating quality, reduce heat network management damage and improve economic benefits; 4, heating system working condition analysis, heating system transmission power, heating system operation regulation and control, heating system heat source, heating system energy saving potential and energy saving technology, heating metering technology, etc.; 5, thermoelectric unit flue gas dust removal, desulfurization, denitration, mercury removal, carbon dioxide emission reduction and other technologies and equipment and practical cases; 6. Discussion on energy-saving technologies in boiler optimization operation debugging, technological transformation, steam-water system, combustion system, air preheater system, flue gas and air system, slag removal system and auxiliary equipment, etc. 7. Experience exchange and technical discussion on optimal operation of heating network system and automatic control and adjustment technology of district heating system; Key issues of networking transformation of heating system based on reliability and safety; 8. New frontier of heating transformation and optimization operation, operating experience and technical characteristics of large-scale supercritical heating units, and the latest progress in heating research of ultra-supercritical units;
