The General Department of the National Energy Administration on the abolition of the "on the publication of electricity." Notice of the List of Safety Training Institutions Each dispatched energy regulatory agency, each relevant unit: In accordance with the relevant spirit of the State Council's strict control of the newly established administrative license and the requirements of the Development Statistics and Audit Bureau of the National Audit Office, the "Notice on Publishing the List of Electric Power Safety Training Institutions" (Guoneng Safety [2014] No. 889, 948, 985) is hereby abolished. All dispatched energy regulatory agencies are requested to urge enterprises to earnestly fulfill their main responsibilities, earnestly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening safety production, firmly establish the awareness that "inadequate training is a major safety hazard", and adhere to training in accordance with the law and teaching on demand. Work philosophy, establish a safety training management system, ensure safety training investment, adopt various forms, and do a good job of power safety training in strict accordance with relevant requirements, improve the safety quality of enterprise employees, prevent and reduce illegal commands, illegal operations and violations of labor discipline, prevent and contain accidents, and ensure social and economic development and the safety of people's lives and property.
