The notice released by the Ministry on October 17, titled 'Notice on Strengthening Ecological and Environmental Protection Work for Land-Based Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects (Draft for Comments)', points out the need to conduct special research on green wind power and green photovoltaic power generation. It encourages relevant departments and enterprises to increase research investment in areas such as the ecological environmental impact of land-based wind power and photovoltaic power generation, key protection technologies, and monitoring methods, further clarifying the pathways, mechanisms, and long-term cumulative effects of ecological environmental impacts from wind and photovoltaic power development, providing foundational support for the development layout of wind and photovoltaic power generation, and reducing potential ecological environmental risks.

Currently, the project design work has officially begun. The construction of this project holds significant positive implications for promoting local economic development in Guinea, and our institute will ensure task completion with a high sense of responsibility.
