Announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission on Soliciting Opinions from the Public on the Measures for the Pricing of Transmission Prices for Regional Power Grids (for Trial Implementation) and the Measures for the Pricing of Transmission Prices for Inter-provincial and Inter-regional Special Projects (for Trial Implementation)
In order to further promote the reform of transmission and distribution prices and establish a transmission and distribution price system with clear rules, reasonable level, strong supervision, scientific and transparent, according to the relevant provisions of the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the reform of the price mechanism (Zhongfa 2015 No. 28) and the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further deepening the reform of the power system (Zhongfa 2015 No. 9), on the basis of the "Provincial Power Grid Transmission and Distribution Price Pricing Measures (Trial)" announced last year, our committee and relevant parties drafted the "Regional Power Grid Transmission Price Pricing Measures (Trial)" and "Inter-provincial and Cross-regional Special Project Transmission Price Pricing Measures (Trial)". It is hereby announced to solicit opinions from the public. People from all walks of life are welcome to actively participate and actively make suggestions and suggestions.
