Technology upgrading and standard system improvement are the inevitable requirements for the high-quality development of the new energy storage industry. At present, there is still a lack of energy storage battery management system, energy storage converter and other key equipment, safety protection and fire extinguishing system and other fault detection and judgment methods, and has not yet established a mature and complete power station construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance system and safety management mechanism similar to regular power supply. The Notice standardizes the technical requirements for grid-connected access of new energy storage, dispatching and operation technical requirements and supervision and management requirements, which will effectively promote the future operation and maintenance level of new energy storage and the improvement of network-related performance, and promote the planning, filing, construction, access, operation and call management of new energy storage projects to be more standardized. In addition, the "Notice" also clearly put forward to encourage the stock of new energy storage technology transformation to have the ability to accept scheduling instructions, promote the new energy storage intelligent control technology research and development innovation, and focus on promoting the application of new technologies. The introduction of the Notice will bring broad development space for the key technologies of new energy storage grid-connected and dispatching operation, and in the future, various new technology applications such as optical storage and charging integration, energy storage cluster scheduling, distributed virtual power plant aggregation and interactive regulation will be hatched to provide greater support for promoting the construction of new power systems.
