Domestic "first largest" hedge combustion tower boiler application made a new breakthrough


Abstract

A few days ago, Dongfang Electric Group Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfang Boiler") innovated hedge combustion tower boiler technology and successfully won the bid for the boiler equipment procurement project of Unit 5 and Unit 6 of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaneng Haimen Power Plant"), which is a 2 × 1000 MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical once-reheat coal-fired generating unit, it is the first large-capacity ultra-supercritical unit with hedge combustion tower boiler in China. Huaneng Haimen Power Plant 1~4 million units were put into operation from 2009 to 2012, and the three main engine equipment were supplied by China Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfang Electric"). The winning of the bid for boiler equipment of units 5 and 6 is a major breakthrough in the market of Dongfang Boiler's million-tower boiler, and it is also a major breakthrough in the first set of the largest hedge combustion tower boiler in China. The hedge combustion tower boiler developed by Dongfang Boiler organically integrates the advantages of tower arrangement and hedge combustion mode, and has better and more advanced flexibility and peak adjustment adaptability, which is of great significance to further enrich the technical route of coal-fired electric boilers in China and promote coal-fired power generation to better adapt to the needs of new power systems. Hedge combustion tower boilers have the characteristics of lower peak depth, higher wide load economy and lower wide load emissions. 01 lower peak load, can achieve a minimum of 20% THA peak load. The new fourth-generation OPCC cyclone combustion technology with external separation is adopted to realize automatic control of the concentration of primary air powder at ultra-low load, and the ultra-low load conversion DC technology of internally threaded tube spiral tube coil and intermediate fully mixed tower structure water-cooled wall is adopted to realize lower peak load. 02 wide load economy is higher, can achieve 20% ~ 100 load main steam up to rated steam temperature. Break through the traditional hedge combustion boiler coal mill and burner single-layer layout corresponding to the design concept, the use of any coal mill combination under the full operating conditions of the uniform hedge combustion technology, the load deviation is smaller, the steam temperature capacity is stronger, to achieve wide load economy is higher. 03 wide load emissions are lower, can achieve the lowest stable combustion load NOx emissions are not higher than the rated load. The low power burner technology of single burner flame reduction is adopted, and the low and medium load NOx emission is lower through the uniform layout of the burner.
